Welcome to scottfrosch.com. I am a video producer from Norwalk, Connecticut.

Although I am primarily a commercial producer, I undertake a variety of different projects on a regular basis. Documentaries, music videos, short films, stock footage and live event work. I work with a variety of agencies, producers, camera operators and editors in the Connecticut and New York area.

Currently I am using Final Cut Pro Studio 2 along with After Effects CS4. I also edit on an AVID Adrenaline HD system.  While many of my shoots and edits are still standard definition, I am HD ready, utilizing the  Canon XH-A1 camera. I attended Marist College in Poughkeepsie, NY and received a degree in TV and Film. While at Marist, I interned at WTZA in Kingston where I learned the elements of commercial production. This was in the days of 3/4" tape and traditional A/B roll editors.

I got my first real start in video production in 1999 as the industry was moving away from traditional systems and embracing non-linear editing. I began on a Media 100 system. Once I discovered After Effects, I was hooked on motion graphics!

When I'm not busy filming or editing, I can usually be found spending time with my wife, son and two pugs, or skateboarding at Scalzi Park in Stamford.
